Corn: we know it, we love it, it’s a vital part of Indiana’s agricultural heritage. But what’s it got to do with alcohol? Join us for Corn to Cocktail, where we’ll investigate Hoosier corn provision, learn how corn becomes spirit, share some history, and make a couple of potent potables.

In each session, we’ll explore a different corn-based spirit to learn where it originated, how it’s made, some interesting history about it – and best of all – how to make it into delicious drinks! We'll walk you through some basic bartending skills and mix up two different cocktails. Not only will you get to enjoy the fruits of your labor, along with some light snacks, you'll learn the stories behind two legendary concoctions and take home their recipes, as well as a specially chosen serving glass, themed to one of the two created beverages.

Don't forget to show off your creations on social media with our themed photo lightbox!

These events are 21+ only.
