Come join us for this introductory class to learn the basics of foraging. Historically, foraging has been a way to connect with and acquire knowledge about the natural world in order to have a means for survival. Join us on a nature walk in the woods as we walk and talk about how foraging—past and present—is a way to reconnect with nature and tap into its abundant resources including food, medicinal purposes, natural dyes and fiber.
