Led by a certified Nature & Forest Therapy Guide, you’ll move at an unhurried pace and receive gentle invitations to engage with the sights, sounds, textures, and smells around you. Slow down, engage your senses, and reconnect with the natural world—all on Indiana’s first and only certified Forest Therapy trail.
