Early 19th Century Dairying: Making soft Cheese and Cultured Butter

In this hands-on workshop, you'll learn just how easy it is to make delicious and wholesome soft cheeses and butter.  Create your own secret recipe with fresh herbs from our historical gardens!  This is a 5-hour workshop from 9am-2pm, please be sure you are able to attend the full session! Ages 12+ (anyone 17 and under must register with an adult.)
