Celebrate Valentine’s season with a decadent, hands-on chocolate experience. Start with a glass of wine or bourbon and learn the story behind the fusing of love and chocolate and the evolution of the heart-shaped box we all know and adore. Participants will then be instructed in the making of an assortment of chocolate truffles. You’ll taste as you go and head home with a half dozen truffles in a heart-shaped box, plus recipes to recreate the magic in your own kitchen.
